Open Daily: Dawn to dusk. Camp Barkeley is an off leash park with 2-areas, 1-acre for small dogs (under 30 lbs.) and 2-acres for large dogs. The park has people benches & water and waste bags on-site. Restrooms for humans are available at the Abilene Zoo, but pets are not allowed to enter.
