Submit an Abilene Event

Just a few reminders before you fill out the form below.

  • The Bureau does not accept events that are closed to the general public as in "members only" events; regular monthly meetings of any group or association; garage or estate sales or "going out-of-business" sales.
  • Before submitting an event, please check to make sure it isn't already on the calendar.
     
  • If the event is on the calendar but needs changes made, email changes to: Wilma Butman
     
  • Do not enter any information in all capital letters
     
  • If you have multiple events at the same location. Ex: Jazz Night @ Monks occurs monthly
    • Enter and Submit your first event
    • A pop-up will appear telling you the submission was successful
    • Close this box and all of your event data will still rest within the form.
    • Change the event name, date and description Ex. Jazz Night @ Monks - Feb. 2012
    • There is no need to retype your address, phone number, etc.
    • Hit "Submit" again and the second event will be submitted.
       
Ex: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. or Starts at Noon
When submitting an event more than once please change the name each time.
