The Abilene Convention & Visitors Bureau can assist you with many aspects of planning and meeting execution. Below is an overview of the assistance we provide.
Meeting Planning:
When planning a meeting, a Bureau professional is available to attend planning sessions to provide information, suggestions and other assistance.
Transportation:
As a liaison, the ACVB can make off-premise transportation arrangements with Abilene’s charter motorcoach companies.
Tours & Activities:
The ACVB will create the perfect tour or after-hours event. We assist in coordinating spouse and children tours, entertainment, speakers or catering for your functions.
Registration:
Depending on the size of your group, reasonable registration assistance is always free (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Custom printed name badges can be produced on-site or before the conference. Our convention services professional can provide visitor information and registration assistance. We also have delegate packets containing Abilene information
Media Coverage:
The ACVB will notify local media of upcoming conventions. Upon request, we can send special media releases or assist you with setting up press conferences.
VIP Gifts:
