Meeting Planning: When planning a meeting, the bureau staff is normally available to attend planning sessions to provide information, suggestions and other assistance.
Tours & Activities: We can help you create the perfect tour or after-hours event by assisting in the coordination of spouse and children tours, entertainment, speakers or catering for your functions.
Registration: Depending on the size of your group, reasonable registration assistance is always free. Custom printed name badges can be produced on-site or before the conference.
Delegate Packets: A delegate packet normally contains an Abilene Visitor Guide, lapel pin and discount coupons (when available). We can add programs or other items furnished by your group.
Media Coverage: We can notify local media of upcoming conventions. Upon request, we will send special media releases or assist you with setting up press conferences.
