Show respect for a military member by wearing an Honor and Remember bib during this Family Fun Run or Walk. For those who want to participate in the 'Ruck for Vets' you can wear a rucksack/backpack filled with canned goods that will be weighed and donated to the Meals on Wheels Military Program. More than 1,100 pounds of food was donated at last year's run. Organizations, clubs, youth groups, and businesses can also collect canned goods, which can be brought on the morning of the 5k or can be arranged for pick up.
