The Sylvan Suite

This 400 square-foot, private suite is in the heart of Abilene and has been recently renovated with all new furnishings, appliances and exceptionally comfortable bedding for a new, queen-sized bed. The private suite features a dedicated guest space, porch, self check-in, separate entrance, and off street parking in a lovely, secure neighborhood. The sofa can be converted to a twin-sized bed. A tankless water heater provides you with endless hot water during your stay and several off-street parking spaces are available for you on the secure property in the River Oaks neighborhood. This space is best suited for two to three guests and is completely separate from the main home.

For peace of mind, a commercial ozone machine is used in the cleaning regimen and the HVAC is separate from the rest of the main home.
