This newly remodeled 3,000 square foot loft condo is located in a beautiful brick warehouse built in 1927 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The master and two guest bedrooms include a variety of premium new mattresses including Helix, Purple, Bear, Nectar, and Layla. Both guest bedrooms feature 10’ tall windows fitted with blackout shades and noise machines. Tucked between the two bedrooms is a cozy desk area for work or school. Highlights of the master bath include a vast walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and double sink with ample counter space. Stretch your legs in the spacious living room that includes plenty of comfy seating while you check out the 65” Roku TV. Alternatively, work at the bar height table or Restoration Hardware corbel desk that was hand-carved from reclaimed teak. A new custom epoxy floor is juxtaposed against historical 'Abilene' brick steps that lead to the elevated master bedroom where a substantial king bed, lounger, and 55” Roku TV await you. The master closet is set up with two twin and one queen bed; another twin bed can be provided upon request to be used in a common space. The warehouse is located in the up and coming SODA district and mere blocks from the heart of downtown Abilene.

This 1,500 square-foot Bent Tree neighborhood home has been recently renovated with new furnishings, bedding, and decor. You enter on a river-rock entryway, can enjoy a porch running almost the expanse of the home, diagonal-facing home in an extremely quiet neighborhood. From projection clocks, white-noise machines, full-length mirrors and black-out blinds in every bedroom to a KitchenAid mixer and place settings for ten in the kitchen, this home has everything a traveler may need. Dine at a table sourced from a St. Louis convent or at the spacious bar and chat with the cook. Tuck yourself away to work at the desk in the master bedroom or lounge on the sofa in the living room.

For peace of mind, a commercial ozone machine is used as part of the cleaning protocol between each stay.

Stardust on Sayles is a truly remarkable property rich with history, charm, style and amenities. On the national registry, the 1889 Victorian house has been beautifully redesigned and repurposed to function as both a comfortable guesthouse and a wonderful gathering place for noteworthy happenings.


The Stardust offers six uniquely decorated private bedroom suites as well as warm and inviting spaces both indoors and outdoors that lend themselves to a realm of delightful possibilities. In addition, the Carriage House beckons a warm welcome with a wonderful covered porch, a rustic hospitality room and an upstairs studio. This 400 square-foot, private suite is in the heart of Abilene and has been recently renovated with all new furnishings, appliances and exceptionally comfortable bedding for a new, queen-sized bed. The private suite features a dedicated guest space, porch, self check-in, separate entrance, and off street parking in a lovely, secure neighborhood. The sofa can be converted to a twin-sized bed. A tankless water heater provides you with endless hot water during your stay and several off-street parking spaces are available for you on the secure property in the River Oaks neighborhood. This space is best suited for two to three guests and is completely separate from the main home.

For peace of mind, a commercial ozone machine is used in the cleaning regimen and the HVAC is separate from the rest of the main home.
