The City of Abilene's Senior Services Division will be hosting our annual Senior Wellness Expo Tuesday, September 24, 2024. This event provides an opportunity for regional organizations to get in front of hundreds of senior citizens in their community to provide valuable information regarding the services they provide.

Vendor Booth Rental Fees
Foyer (8 ft Table & 2 Chairs): $100
Dining Room (3 ft x 6 ft Space, 2 Card Tables, & 2 Chairs): $50
Classroom (3 ft x 6 ft Space, 2 Card Tables, & 2 Chairs): $50
Vendor Booth Information
We encourage our vendors to get creative this year with our Cinematic Experience theme! Decorate your booth & dress up as your favorite movie character. Vendor space is now available. The organization with the Best Decorated Booth in keeping with the theme will receive a full page ad in our next publication.
Booth setup will take place Monday, September 23, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Classroom & dining room booths are unassigned.
- Classroom & dining room booths will be distributed on a first come basis.
- One vendor will be announced Best Decorated Booth.
- Decorate your booth to represent your favorite movie or character.
- Space is limited & will sell out
- Payment is due at time of registration. Space will not be saved until payment.
Vendor Bingo
- Vendors must provide a non-promotional bingo gift valued at $15.
- You may attach a business card & pamphlet.
- Bingo begins at 12:00 PM & vendors may begin taking down their booths at this time.
- Seniors will be given a card upon arrival that needs to be signed by all vendors in order for them to participate in Vendor Bingo.
- Vendors will need to bring their donated bingo gift at booth setup on September 23, 2024.
