Overview
ACU and McMurry Cross Country will be joining forces to dual host a meet named the Big Country Festival. This will be a two-day event with the Naimadu Collegiate Races on September 2nd and the Libby High School Races on September 3rd. Food trucks, t-shirt sales, etc.

When: Saturday, September 3rd, 2022
8:45am - Varsity Boys 5k
9:10am - Varsity Girls 5k
9:40am - JV Boys 5k
10:10am - JV Girls 2 Mile
10:30am - Middle School Boys 2 Mile
10:50am - Middle School Girls 2 Mile
Where: Abilene Christian University Cross Country Course (Zoe Park).

Spectators: Small gate fee TBD.
Entries: Submitted through MileSplit at www.milesplit.com
Entries are currently open and will stay open until Wednesday, August 31st, 2022 at Noon.
Limit 10 runners for varsity. Unlimited runners for JV.
High School Entry Fee: $100 per boys’ team and $100 per girls’ team (i.e. $100 for boys varsity, $100 for boys JV,
etc.) ($300 max per school) or $20/individual if less than 5 runners. Payment is due for all athletes entered
in the meet, not just those that compete. Please pay via check.
Middle School Entry Fee: $50 per boys’ team and $50 per girls’ team (unlimited entries).

Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 runners in each event.
Practice Times: You can practice on the course from 3-6 PM on Friday, September 2nd. College races start at 6:30 PM.
