Overview
ACU's Summit (formerly Lectureship) is a two-day event designed to offer spiritual renewal, enrichment, and fellowship.
This fall, Summit will focus around specific leadership groups—children's ministry, Hispanic ministry, preaching, recovery ministry, small-church leaders, and youth ministry—in an effort to engage with God, with one another, and with material designed to equip them for effective service. We will also host a general interest group, appropriate for everyone, that will examine 1 Peter and its relevance for the church today.
On Thursday evening, we will welcome noted author and theologian, Andrew Root, at our Anchor Point plenary session to discuss "Churches and the Crisis of Decline," which is also the title of his latest book.
Summit concludes with the ACU Homecoming Praise Day Chapel.
