Local author Charles Russell will be signing copies of his newest book, "It Is What It Is," from 1-3 pm Saturday, June 20. The newest book features characters from previous novels, primarily featuring a school superintendent who has taken a new job in the DFW Metroplex. Charlie's books are filled with believable characters and interesting dialogue that will captivate the reader.
