Overview
What in your life needs tending before it can grow?
As women, we spend so much of our time caring for others—our families, our work, our responsibilities, and our communities. This afternoon is an invitation to pause and offer some of that same care to yourself.
Join the Women’s Music Museum and Abilene Yoga House for a nourishing mini retreat created to support your mind, body, and soul. Through guided meditation, intention setting, gentle Hatha and Yin yoga, meaningful reflection, and connection with other women, we’ll explore what it means to tend to ourselves through every season of life.
Like a garden preparing for new growth, we sometimes need time to rest, clear away what no longer serves us, strengthen our roots, and make room for what is ready to bloom.
No matter what season you are currently moving through, you are welcome here. You do not need previous yoga or meditation experience—just come exactly as you are.
Proceeds from this special event will be donated to the Women’s Music Museum.
This is more than an afternoon away. It is an opportunity to breathe, reconnect with yourself, and remember that caring for your own well-being is not selfish—it is part of what allows you to keep growing.
Come tend to yourself—and discover what may be waiting to grow.
