The Abilene Convention & Visitors Bureau and local hotels offer incentives for hosting your next meeting or convention in Abilene.

The Texas Council of Chapters of Soil and Water Conservation Society (SWCS) just completed their 2010 annual meeting in Abilene. Abilene Convention Center: For groups up to 1800+

When booking meetings in Abilene, the Convention and Visitors Bureau will assist in underwriting the rental cost (excluding set-up fees, tables, chairs, staging, and insurance) of the Abilene Convention Center if:

The conference uses 200 rooms or more nightly
70% of all attendees are from out-of-town
